Admission takes place mostly at the beginning of the school year but where vacancies exist during the academic terms, admission considerations are made. Management reserves the right to accept or refuse any child with or without explanation.
An online registration form is completed by the parents and the child will be taken through an assessment and short interview by School.
Where a child is admitted, the School will assume that the parents have read the School’s prospectus, accepted the terms set out in it, and have signed the Acceptance form. The prospectus is available on the School’s website. Please click to download here.
The School requires a Health record to accompany a child on first admission.
YEARLY ADMISSIONS
Admission to Creche is from the age of one (1) year, Reception (Kindergarten) is five (5) years and Class One, six (6) years. Children must be able to speak a little English to enable them to be tutored in English.
MID STREAM ADMISSIONS
The School admits pupils mid-stream but this is subject to the availability of a vacancy in the class needed. The normal process is followed including written entrance exams for the class the parents are seeking to place the child in.
LEAVING THE SCHOOL
Whenever it becomes necessary for a child to exit the School, a written note of withdrawal from the parent or guardian would be required. Where payment of a term’s fees is made for a child, the child may be temporarily withdrawn for a period up to one academic year and will be re-admitted provided the qualifying period is not exceeded.

An acknowledgement of receipt of the application is sent to the parents by the school. The applicant is contacted when the process of admission begins, usually July & August.
A date for the interview / assessment of the child is given and the child is assessed on the date given. Upon successful completion of the assessment and interview an admission is offered.
