Learning Facilitator Expectations

At Protégés we believe in diversity and the uniqueness of people and therefore employ qualified personnel who are open-minded and have the passion for children’s growth and development. The minimum qualification is degree in Bachelor of Education and or its related qualifications. Our learning facilitators are dynamic, versatile and highly child friendly.

Every teacher is expected to maintain high teaching standards and this is ensured through a robust School Management system that connect pupils, teachers, management and parents in and outside the classroom. Teachers are trained regularly on new trends and upgrade their skills through exchange programmes with both private local and international schools.
