Lawrencia Tandoh is a Co-Founder of Proteges Academy (PGA) and currently manages the day-to-day operations of the School as the Acting Principal. She has the natural capacity for nurturing children and has been schooled in the use of exploratory and discovery techniques to grow and enrich learners’ talents. She has over 15years professional experience.

Prior to establishing PGA, she was the CEO of FlavorHut Services, an events management company, which now handles the School’s catering and creative works. She was the Operations Manager at One2One Lending Services, Front Desk Officer at Wilko Stores in Leicester, UK and Stock Control Officer at Sainsbury Plc, London, UK.

Lawrencia has expertise is in Creative Arts, Innovation, Culinary Arts and Early Childhood Development. She holds a Diploma in ICT, Certificate in Culinary Arts, and a Certificate in Early Childhood Development. She is also a trained Jolly Phonics and Grammar facilitator and has been on various Preschool curriculum content development and delivery courses.
