MANAGEMENT
“Protégés Academy (PGA) is an educational institution established in September 2016 under the Companies registration laws of Ghana to offer unique learning opportunities for children from Preschool to Primary.
We believe learning is more impactful, and knowledge retention enhanced when it is facilitated through exploratory and discovery techniques. At PGA we acknowledge that every child is special and unique in their approach to learning. Our teachers, who are referred to as “Learning Facilitators” are trained to elicit the right responses from learners by employing a variety of exploratory and discovery teaching techniques. As a School, we are confident to say that we have the right mix of curriculum content to support our efforts in identifying the talents of children at an early age. We leave no stone unturned to ensure every child’s potential is discovered, nurtured and enriched.
Our passion to establish the School has been fueled by our growing up experiences that had been in very restrictive environments which resulted in bottled up creativity, talents and potential. It has taken us great efforts to breakout from the mental shackle of seeing every good thing as external other than ourselves. We firmly believe that no individual can truly grow and make meaningful productive connections with its surroundings without activating what lies within.”

TEACHING STAFF
PGA teachers have a minimum qualification of a diploma for Preschool and a degree for Primary. It’s our firm believe that teachers are the most important asset of our School. Without the right caliber of teachers our best curriculum content offering remain in the pages of books. We can assure you that our teachers are very passionate and upbeat about the development of the children.
